POSITION:                School Lunch Supervisor (2 positions)

LOCATION:              Career & Technical Education – Albany Campus

Basic Function:           To oversee the general operation of the school lunch program and preparation of food.  Includes responsibility for ordering, receiving, storing, handling, preparing, serving and inventory necessary supplies. 

Qualifications:             Three to five years experience in food preparation preferred.

Responsibilities:           Implement procedures for distribution of free and reduce lunches to students and collection and deposit of cash.  Budget preparation and menu planning in accordance with rules and regulations established by Career and Technical Education staff and/or host school district and governmental agencies.

Starting Date:              May 19, 2008

Deadline for Applying:  April 30, 2008

Starting Salary:           $2,500 stipend  

The selected applicant will be subject to a fingerprint supported criminal history background check in accordance with SAVE Legislation effective July 1, 2001.
